We have been back for just over a week and it’s going really well.

I thought I would connect, as I have made a change to the Zoom classes, my hope is that this will help to reduce my admin time. Last week I sent out a zoom link, that link can be used for any class you attend this half term. Please ignore the time on the link, my tech skills weren’t quite up to do it, there shouldn’t have been a time. If for any reason, you didn’t  receive the link (please check your junk mail first) let me know and I will email it out to you.

For those of you attending the Live class, I am loving teaching in the space, it feels so calm and peaceful, a little oasis. I do have availability for Live or obviously Online classes. I was clearly airing on the side of caution regarding numbers, but now that we’re in the space we can easily accommodate a couple of more people. Please get in touch if you would like to join the face to face or if you would like the link to attend on zoom. Here’s a reminder of the times;

An Introduction to Karen a student of mine, who is retraining to become a health coach, she needs a couple of volunteers for her course and has found it hard to find people during these strange times. Below, she has written a  little bit about herself and what she’s doing, in the hope that someone may have the time to help her out.

Free Health Coaching

We are living in times of great change and challenge. Many people are increasingly anxious about the present and future and this stress can take a toll on our physical and mental wellbeing.


About Me

My name is Karen and I am currently studying to be a Health Coach. As part of my ongoing training I am offering a free health consultation for a limited number of people who would like to get their health back on track. The role of a Health Coach is to encourage, motivate and empower people to make lifestyle changes that would improve their physical and mental wellbeing.


What does it involve?

I will take your detailed Health History in order to gain a complete picture of your overall health. Questions would cover all systems of the body as well as your diet and exercise routine. We will then focus on the specific health concerns that you have (wanting to lose weight, digestive issues, anxiety, stress management, sleep issues, menstrual problems the desire to age healthily) and formulate a health plan to help you to make the first steps towards a healthier, more vibrant you.


The consultation would take about  2 hours in total and is free. It is a two way process: you will be offered support and advice to set you on your pathway to optimal health and wellness; and I will gain valuable experience in coaching skills, identifying changes needed to improve health and offering solutions on health issues. At this stage there would be no follow up, unless of course you wished to pursue it further later on.


All discussions and information you provide will be treated in strictest confidentiality.
