Dates for next term, for your diary’s…

As promised here are the dates for next term, which will run from April until July.

Monday nights class 7pm-8.30pm, in ‘The Space’ upstairs room at the Town Hall

April 29th, May 13th, 20th, June 10th, 17th, 24th July 1st, 8th, 15th

9 Week course will cost £61.00 or drop in would be £10 per session

Tuesday nights classes at Hebden Therapy Centre

6.15pm-7.15pm 9 Week course will be £40.50

7.30pm-9pm,  9 Week course will be £61.00

April 30th, May 7th, 14th, 21st, June 11th, 18th, July 2nd, 9th 16th

Sunday Mornings class 9am-11am at Hebden Therapy Centre

April 28th, May 19th, June 9th, 16th, 23rd, July 14th 6 week course will cost £54.00 or drop in would be £13.00 per session

During the last terms, we had a session where we were moved to the downstairs room Waterfront Hall, this allowed me the opportunity to ask the class to bring along a friend to have a free trial yoga class, thank you to everyone who did, here’s a picture in Savasana at the end.

I still have a couple of places available on the Yoga Holiday in Poland from May 25th, get in touch if this would be of interest to you.

I will then be getting ready to go back to India over the summer break, to RIMYI the Iyengar Families Institute and will enjoy being able to share with you, upon my return my experience.
