Yoga Workshop

My next Yoga Workshop will be on Sunday the 22nd of September and will be held at MDIY in Dukinfield, Manchester. The theme will be the use of equipment, MDIY has wall ropes, back benders and lots of other equipment, that we will be able to explore the use of. If you haven’t used this sort of equipment previously, then not to worry, this will be ideal. The cost of the workshop will be £20, and will run from 11am -2pm.

I am currently at RIMYI in Pune until the beginning of September and I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with you. It would be great if we are able to share lifts where possible.Afterwards I’m planning to go to ‘Lilly’s Indian Vegetarian and Vegan restaurant’ for food, it would be lovely if you were free to join me?
